Improving the energy efficiency of RICHD. ANDERS POLSKA Sp. z o.o. through the modernisation of the plant infrastructure, the purchase of a renewable energy installation and thermal modernisation under Measure 3.01 Ecological Credit of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund

The project involves the planned modernisation of the plant infrastructure consisting in replacing 2 planers and a sizing machine with a high-precision profiling and planing machine enabling the use of waste, including low cross-sections, in the production process, as well as replacing the glue applicator, 2 belt conveyors and 2 presses with one high-frequency press, which will allow the pressing technology to be changed from cold/pressure pressing to a more durable warm/welding process, together with a dedicated PV installation integrated into the line.

The project is addressed to the Company’s employees, customers and subcontractors.

The objective of the project is the transformation and increase of the Company’s energy efficiency through the modernisation of the plant infrastructure to make it more energy-efficient, the purchase of a renewable energy installation generating energy mainly for the Company’s own needs, and thermal modernisation.

The result of the project will be a fundamental change in the production process of window and door scantlings as well as panels through the possibility of carrying out key elements of the process, i.e. planing and gluing, in a fully automatic manner, enabling efficient, fast and high-quality production from previously unused elements with low cross-sections (i.e. below 40 mm), which previously constituted production waste.


Project value (total project cost) amounts to PLN 6,177,386.19 (in words: six million one hundred and seventy-seven thousand three hundred and eighty-six zlotys and nineteen groszy).

European Funds contribution amounts to PLN 3,706,431.70 (in words: three million seven hundred and six thousand four hundred and thirty-one zlotys and seventy groszy).
