Mouldings
We manufacture a wide range of pine mouldings at the request of our customers – depending on their intended use, mainly as semi-finished products for the production of door trims, masking strips, corner strips, and furniture components. The raw material is selected in accordance with the customer’s guidelines and then glued according to the agreed structure using waterproof adhesive DIN EN 204 D4. Upon request, we also carry out chamfering and milling of the ordered elements.
We produce mouldings made of pine wood, which is a commonly available and widely used raw material. It is distinguished by special properties, among which it is worth mentioning: ease of processing, flexibility, lightness, strength, and resistance to various factors. Due to their parameters, mouldings made of pine wood are easy to process and install, that is, to cut, nail (with nails or screws), and shape. They can also be easily coated with various paints, varnishes, and stains. Proper impregnation will make the pine mouldings we manufacture even more resistant to moisture, mechanical damage, and insects. The mouldings made in our plant can be used for many years while still retaining their shape and flawless appearance.
The final quality of our wooden mouldings and their specific structure are determined by the customer. They can therefore adapt these parameters to the intended use of the mouldings and the budget at their disposal (pine mouldings themselves are an economical solution due to the widespread availability of this raw material and the ease of obtaining it). These products are used in many fields: furniture manufacturing, construction, joinery, and interior design. In our Richd. Anders production plant located in Kańczuga, we use only modern technologies to manufacture mouldings.
The mouldings we offer can be manufactured from FSC® certified wood - ask about certified products! We place top priority on sourcing raw materials from certified forests and other exclusively responsible sources.
