Glued panel

We manufacture glued panels for the joinery industry, construction sector, and furniture industry. For this purpose, we use wood in the grade and quality ordered by the customer – both solid wood and wood joined using micro finger joints. In the gluing process, we use waterproof adhesive compliant with DIN EN 204 D4 or another adhesive corresponding to the guidelines received from the customer. For the production of our glued panels, we use various wood species characterised by different advantages and properties. Regardless of the selected option, we ensure high-quality workmanship and an aesthetic finish. We approach every order conscientiously and precisely, using the most modern technologies. We place the customer’s expectations regarding the required product quality and specific parameters first.

Wooden glued panels manufactured at our production plant are resistant to various external factors (e.g. warping, cracking, and bending) as well as atmospheric conditions (including resistance to temperature changes and moisture). They are most commonly used for making floors, window sills, stairs, and various types of furniture. Glued panels are highly popular due to their durability, eco-friendliness, and attractive price.

Wooden glued panels have now become more popular than solid wood panels due to their higher resistance to mechanical and biological factors. In the production of our glued panels, we remove all wood defects (such as low dimensional stability), while at the same time retaining a fully natural and eco-friendly product used in the construction, joinery, and furniture industries. Owing to their layered structure, glued panels can be easily processed, cut, and shaped, which is why they are such a versatile material used not only in construction.
